Here are some details for hosting a conference at your church
Set up:
- Tables for Books and HP Ministries materials by an outlet
- Podium for Sheri’s Notes
- Cordless Microphone or Headset microphone
Decorations:
Please feel free to decorate as little or as much as you would like too.
Cost:
No Set Speaker Fee. We work with your budget OR you can sell Tickets for $10 (Buy One, Get One Free) and You only pay us what you sell.
You are responsible for the cost of printing materials (see below), refreshments and food if you choose to have any.
Time:
Only 2 or 3 hours (6:30-8:30) or (6-9 pm)
Registration
Women can buy tickets at your church
And…
We also ask that you provide a Phone # and contact person at your Church for women to RSVP to hold tickets at the door.
Promotional Materials:
Posters, Tickets, Bulletin inserts and Postcards designed are ready to download and print for your event. We provide you with the designs, you are responsible to download them from our site, add your specific event information and have them printed (click here)
Promoting event:
We have “Save the Date” postcards designed for you to Print and a 60-second promo DVD to show in your Sunday service 2 weeks prior to the event.
